Heart Impact was founded by me, Patrick Striegl — a published author and someone who doesn't just have ideas, but acts on them. I moved my hands-on experience into remote work with hospitality businesses across Southeast Asia and creatives internationally, with a curiosity that never sits still. That means no call center, no agency black box. You talk directly to the person who touches, tests, and improves your GBP presence — or listens to the idea you haven't figured out how to move yet. I put just as much energy into the uncomfortable steps as the easy ones.
